With the expansion of access to vaccines, we are now starting to re-open outdoor in-person events, and in the future even indoor ones.

Please note that we always follow the CDC, State, and Local guidelines for gatherings and we request our attendees to also follow those guidelines.

A mechanism for Delaware Valley Tesla Owners Club (DVTOC) members to communicate any technical, aesthetic, or safety related issue at any of the Tesla Supercharger sites. This form will go to leadership at DVTOC which will then communicate the issue to the right person at Tesla. DVTOC is an official partner of the Tesla Owners Club Program.

The Cars and Coffee Event for November has new locations for Delaware and Southern, NJ.  We moved the Delaware Meetup to the new Claymont Village, DE Tesla Supercharger at the Wawa at Philadelphia Pike and Harvey Road.  We moved the Southern, NJ meetup to the Maple Shade Tesla Supercharger on Route 73 (note: use the Uno lot near the supercharger to leave the supercharger spaces for those needing a charge).

We've had a surge of new members since I last updated the member map.  Yesterday I spent a bunch of time producing a new overview map, and a click through map showing more detail.  It's only by zipcode, and no names/addresses as shown, but it gives you an idea of where our members come from.  It's only available to members, and it's under the Members menu as Member Map.

On May 30th, 2020 the club held a virtual meet-up to let John do an "owners walk-through" of his new Model Y.    While this walk-through was aimed at those that already own a Tesla to see the new Model Y, it's available for all to see.  It's an example of the kind of content DVTO is producing for it's members during this COVID-19 era.

For members who have renewed at the standard or above levels we are now offering exclusive access to the Tesla Engagement Platform and a special page for Delaware Valley Tesla Owners Club members.

The link to the engagement platform is under the Members item in the menu bar above.  However it requires a different login.  Members should have gotten an email from the engagement platform to join it.

If you didn't get one, to go the hub and click 'Apply Here' just below the top picture where it says 'Become a member' (of the DVTO engagement hub).

Prior to this year the club did not charge dues as we got organized and started up.  Now that we have to pay for insurance and be able to maintain the club including this website, we have to start charging dues and stop depending on the generosity of the board members to pay for everything.

Starting early March you will start receiving dues notices to renew your membership.  We defaulted everyone to 'Standard' level, but please review the membership types and choose the one that is right for you.

The Join us page on the menu bar describes all of the membership levels.  While we know not everyone can afford the Plaid level, those that can, it would help support the mission of the club and allow us to plan better events where the club subsidizes part of the costs.

Thank you for becoming a paying member of the club and supporting our mission going forward.  Remember as a 501(c)7 all of our spending has to be in support of our mission and members.

We have started adding events to our common event calendar.  Please check back often to see new events.

We also will be using the embedded email functions of the new system to send you invites to events.

So we can plan properly, please sign up for events on the website.  If you don't know your password, reset it via the forgot password link.

We have made a big transition.  We now have a new website on a membership management system.  This will move all of the functions of the club under one roof.

    • Membership: Members are now maintained in the system.  You have a login based on your email address. (Use the forgot password link to set/reset your password).
    • Events: Signing up for events will now be via the website.
    • Photo Albums: Now centralized.

We will be expanding the website as we grow, check back often to see news, events, and new features.
